Processing Time: For 100% virgin hair

This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendor and enough time to make sure the hair is in great quality. It allows us to inspect and test out the bundles to make sure it has met our quality standards. Anything found in error will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary to ensure that you recieve the Best possible product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. 

Shipping policy

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail ($7.35) 2-3 Business Days. All international orders are shipped Priority International Mail ($25.85) 6-10 business Days.

  • This time does not include the processing period.

return & exchange policy

Refunds or Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from the date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped if the purchase was made online. Must present the invoice order for All online purchase returns. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned purchase items must be accompanied by the packing slip and customs documents (if applicable)

All hair sales are final. We do not issue out any refunds nor exchanges. Once your order is placed, there is no refund or exchange unless it is an error on our behalf. Please make sure your address, texture choice, and length choice are correct before finalizing your order. PayPal is our method of transaction, you do not have tot have a paypal account to make a purchase. We use PayPal to make sure that all payments are secure on your end, but on ours as well. Tracking numbers will go out once the orders are shipped.
